Day 24 - Love

Christmas gifts have changed a lot over the years. Long ago, people were happy with simple gifts like crayons and toy wagons. As time passed, new toys like Hula Hoops and video games became popular. But no matter how much things change, one gift has always stayed the same: Jesus. While toys get old and forgotten, Jesus's love never changes. Even though we can't see God like Adam and Eve could, we can still have faith and hope in him. We won't need faith or hope in heaven anymore because we'll be with God. But love will always be there. So, while toys come and go, Jesus's love for us will last forever.

Discussion Questions: 

1. Compare the types of gifts kids got at Christmas in the past to the gifts today. Are any of them the same? 

2. Why do you think Jesus's love is compared to a gift that lasts forever? 

3. How can you show Jesus's love to others during the Christmas season?
