Our Church Staff
Eric Hiner
Pastor
Pastor Hiner is a 2007 graduate of Concordia Seminary in St. Louis. He joined the Hope staff in August of 2014 as the lead pastor. He is married to Heather and is blessed with three beautiful daughters, Kathryn, Lauryn and Madelyn.
Laura Truelock
Ministry Coordinator
Laura is a lifelong member of Hope. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Psychology. She began as our Congregational Ministry Coordinator in 2014. Laura manages the church records, coordinates ministry events and handles communications. She is married to Cory and is blessed with a daughter, Caly and son, Cason.
Gabbie Schilling
Music Director
Gabbie leads worship for the church and also the music program for the school. She graduated from WTAMU with a bachelors in Elementary Education. She also attended South Plains College and completed the Commercial Music Program.

Heather Hiner
School Director
Heather began teaching at Hope in 2014. She received her Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education and has her Lutheran Teaching Diploma as well. She has been teaching in the Lutheran school system for 11 years. She has tremendous experience in the classroom and in early childhood education. She is married to Eric and has three daughters; Kathryn, Lauryn and Madelyn.
Tammy Voight
School Administrator
Tammy joined the Hope family in the summer of 2018 and she stepped into the roll of School Administrator soon after. Tammy has years of experience being a school administrator. She is married to Randy and has 4 children and 7 grandchildren.
